Terms of Use¶

Thank you for using our services and products ("UpConst Services(s)" or "Service(s)"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using Service(s). Because it is an important contract between us, providing Service(s), our users.

1. Acceptance of Terms¶

By clicking on the "I agree" button before creating an account to use our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Use of the Service¶

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Services.

3. User Accounts¶

Most features of the Services can be used after you create an UpConst account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information that you use for signing in the Services.

4. Privacy¶

To provide Services to users, we collect and use personal information only to the extent of purposes and scope agreed by the user and safely manage such personal information pursuant to applicable laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information. Our efforts or other details related to safely processing relevant personal information of users can be found in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property¶

All contents, trademarks, and data on the Services, including but not limited to texts, graphics, software, and logos, are the property of UpConst or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability¶

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. UpConst will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Services.

7. Termination¶

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services.

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by using the "Delete account" button available in your account settings. In such case, UpConst shall process such application pursuant to applicable laws, etc. without delay.

Upon termination, all account data will be deleted and become irrecoverable except for the cases where UpConst must retain a certain data for a specific period of time to comply with applicable laws, or UpConst is allowed to retain a certain data for a specific period of time in accordance with our Privacy Policy and user's consent.

8. Changes to Terms¶

We may modify these Terms at any time, provided that such modifications will only be made to the extent they do not violate any applicable laws, and we will notify you of reasons for such modifications and the effective date of such modifications within the Services in advance. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law¶

This English version of Terms of Use is a translation based on the original Korean version of the UpConst Terms of Use. If there is any conflict between these two versions, the original Korean version of the UpConst Terms of Use shall prevail. The relationship between Service users and us in relation to the Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising between Service users and us arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
